The Collaborative Experience

Designed for the couple who wants to be hands-on but could use guidance and support, without full delegation.

The vision and design is there, the vendors are booked and the ideas are “idea-ing” but you need some Extra Assistance getting all of your ducks in a row before the big day. My partial planning packages are perfect for couples who want the experience of planning most parts of their wedding, but know when to call in an expert. A collaboration if you will. It’s me. Hi. I’m your hype girl, it’s me.

What’s Included?

  • Logistics: Initial planning review and Master Timeline creation.

  • Vendor Support: Contract review and communication for your booked vendors.

  • Design Guidance: Professional advice on your aesthetic and layout assistance to ensure your vision works.

  • Wedding Weekend: Rehearsal coordination and full-day management (Lead + Assistant).

  • On-Site Setup: Professional placement of personal decor items.

Investment begins at $3,500 Must be booked at least 6 months prior to event date.

The "Hand-Off" Experience

Designed for the couple who has thoughtfully planned every detail but is ready to step out of the "Project Manager" role and into the "Guest of Honor" role.

Honestly, I get it. You wanted to be the hero and plan it all—and you did! But now you’ve realized you can’t coordinate a processional while wearing a wedding dress. (Girlie pop, that is why I’m here.) We’ll connect 6 weeks out to get the ball rolling so you can focus on your honey.

What’s Included?

  • Logistics & Hand-Off: One initial planning review followed by a deep-dive transition meeting 6 weeks prior to your date.

  • Timeline Mastery: Creation of a comprehensive "Master Schedule" to be distributed to all vendors.

  • Vendor Coordination: Taking over final confirmations and logistics for your entire creative team.

  • Wedding Weekend: Rehearsal coordination and full-day management with a Lead Planner + Assistant.

  • On-Site Execution: Management and placement of your personal decor and styling elements.

Investment begins at $1,600. Must be booked at least 3 months prior to event date.
