How did your journey as an event and wedding planner begin?
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been an overly organized, events focused girlie. From a young age, I’d help coordinate family holidays, neighborhood block parties and school fundraisers. When I got to college, I became involved with as many groups as I could because it meant I could produce the cutest events possible. After college, I began working part time as an assistant planner with an epic wedding planning business in the Boston area.
After nearly a decade and many mirror affirmations, I had the confidence to branch out from being a lead planner for other people’s businesses, and launch a brand of my own.I’m currently working with, dare I say, the best and leading vendors in the industry all over the country. What’s your favorite type of event or party to host?
A wedding, duh! But I do have a soft spot for Halloween or costume parties.
What’s your favorite New England wedding venue?
Mountain Top Inn & Resort, Vermont. Those views cannot be beat.
What’s your dream event?
Easy. Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding.
What’s your favorite wedding season?
Fall (especially in New England). The colors!
What inspires me when it comes to hosting events?
Happy couples, over the moon clients, the perfect party aesthetic, an epic theme and exciting conversations that set the tone for the event.
